Another year has come and gone. We have been thrilled with the accomplishments we have made this year thanks to the continued amazing support of the communities we serve. We are so grateful for all of our stakeholders, which includes our staff, clients, and the freelancers which we have the privilege to work with throughout the year.
We could not – and – can not do it without you. From the most sincere place, thank you.
The most obvious change has been our name and branding. As we continue to expand our offerings we’ve gone from Ohio HD to OHD Studios. Many folks ask if the name has meaning – and aside from a homage to the past with a nod to the future, no not really. So safe to say, we’re just OHD.
2022 gave us the opportunity to push forward with the official launch of many of our latest technologies. We saw through several projects on our XR stage, put the Bolt back on the road for its roadshows, and took shipment of ARRI’s latest Alexa 35 camera. Our G&E inventory has continued to grow and we added yet another new truck to the inventory.
Our biggest priority has been getting our Louisville, KY location launched. We have been thrilled with the response we have received from our new community. This year we launched the rental operation and began swinging hammers and putting up walls for our KY studio rehab.
We would love to see you join us in Louisville for a grand opening celebration on January 24, 2023.
Barring any more massive pandemics, extreme economic downturns, natural disasters or other giant unforeseen obstacles – we are extremely excited to welcome back Gear Show 2023.
